PLEASE NOTE: when you submit your preorder, we submit it to our vendor and are committed to the $30 deposit per sack with them. Once we send them the order, they take the risk and guarantee that we’ll get the product and they require us to submit the deposit as a guarantee on our end. If we were to cancel that order with them, we would be on the hook for the $30 per sack. With the high volume that we move through our preorder system, we are just not able to absorb that kind of loss. Deposits on LIVE product WILL NOT be refunded.
